Fiona has over 20 years experience in residential and commercial property work. She deals regularly with purchases, sales, remortgages and leasing. She has acted for a number of developers setting up residential developments in Perthshire and beyond.

Fiona is a Notary Public and currently Secretary of the Perth Faculty CPD committee arranging seminars on a variety of legal topics.
