We have a team of Solicitors experienced in this field and the first solicitor in Tayside to become a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in this area.
If someone you care for has lost the ability to make their own decisions about Welfare and or Financial matters and they do not have a Power of Attorney in place we can give clear expert advice about the appointment of a Guardian.There are a number of steps that must be taken to apply to become a Guardian. We are very experienced in giving clear and expert advice at what can often be a distressing and confusing time. Legal Aid may also be available to help with legal costs.
