Alan our Family Law specialist joined McCash & Hunter, Perth as a trainee solicitor many years ago. He has significant experience in general practice in Perth and is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in Family Law. Alan has a keen interest in legal issues relating to Adults with Incapacity, Guardianships and older clients, and acts for many clients in the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts.

Alan speaks frequently at conferences and seminars in relation to his areas of expertise and believes in providing a personal and approachable service to his clients.

Away from work Alan plays five-a-side football (now in slow motion) and golf (averagely), spends time with his wife and three children, and avoids doing the garden.
