Paul has over 30 years’ experience in court and tribunal work, with particular expertise in employment and civil claims, housing association issues, family law and debt recovery.

Paul did his apprenticeship in Glasgow after graduation from Glasgow University with an Honours Degree in Comparative Law and with Distinctions in Evidence and Civil Procedure. Successful cases include the recovery of private land at the former Bridge of Earn Hospital site at Oudenarde from the Government and the acquittal of commercial clients in a health and safety charges prosecution relating to an incident at Perth Harbour.

Paul is Secretary for the Cross Trust and deals with Court work for Caledonia Housing Association.
