Elizabeth joined our team in 2024 after returning to Perthshire after working in Dunfermline and Edinburgh. Having qualified in 1995 Elizabeth joins us with many years of experience particularly in Family law and general litigation practice. Having decided to focuses on Private Client, Elizabeth has recently been awarded the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Step Certificate in Wills and Executries. Elizabeth can offer advice with preparation of Wills, inheritance tax planning and winding up estates. Elizabeth also deals with powers of attorney, including drafting and assisting clients in their actions as attorneys.

Elizabeth is also able to assist clients who need help with Guardianship Applications including contested applications. She can assist with Legal aid for cases where it is required. Elizabeth is also a Notary Public and happy to help with verification and certification of documents.

Eilzabeth enjoys Yoga, Swimming and Painting but is happiest when she gets the chance to spend time with her family.
