Fiona trained in Edinburgh and moved back to Perth in 2002 to work for Condies, which was at the time one of the longest-established Perth legal firms. She has over 25 years experience in all aspects of property work, and deals regularly with residential and commercial purchases, sales, remortgages and leasing. Fiona has acted for developers and housebuilders of all sizes, setting up residential developments in Perthshire and beyond.

Fiona is a Notary Public and has a particular interest in continuing professional development and learning. She has been a member of Perth Faculty CPD committee for over 10 years, arranging seminars on a variety of legal topics. She is also the firm’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

Outwith work Fiona is a keen amateur musician and enjoys swimming and walking.
