We also offer advice on the appropriate structure for your business whether Partnership, Company or a sole trader.  We will advise on the various risks and benefits of each structure to make sure our client’s best interests are protected.  We act as Company Secretary for a number of our clients who trade through corporate structures to ensure that they meet all their regulatory obligations.

Making sure our clients get advice on all aspects of their business is important to us so our Rural Law Team works closely with our other departments to make sure that issues such as Succession and Tax Planning are carefully considered to ensure our client’s wishes are followed.
